Consent 

By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. 

Payment

A 50% deposit is required, at time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due, up to 30 days prior to the event start date. For final payments made within 30 days of the event, Go Gather LLC reserves the right to charge $15 per day, for all outstanding payments. Failure to complete final payment  by 1 week prior to the event day, will result in the termination of your reservation with no refund provided. Reservations made within 30 days of the event start date, require payment in full, at time of booking. 

Smoking/Vaping

We have a strictly enforced, NO SMOKING or VAPING policy. Go Gather LLC reserves the right to charge a fee, if the smell of smoke is detected.

Drop Off

When the party pulls up, we will try to park in the most flat and level area, in order to accommodate your party. Sometimes, driveway parking is unavailable, so street parking may take place. To accommodate both the party spot trailer and towing vehicle, we will need close to 55 feet to park and unload. We will always park on a paved or hardened surface. No grass or sand parking available, in order to prevent damage to your property and/or our equipment. 

*It is the customers responsibility to provide a safe and reasonably level space, for party equipment to be parked. In the event that parking is unavailable, we will work with the customer to find a reasonable solution. If no solution is available, no refund will be provided. 

Trash & Cleaning

It is the responsibility of the customer to remove all additional trash from the party spot, at the end of the rental period. Go Gather LLC reserves the right to charge a trash disposal fee, if trash is left in the party spot. It is required to return the party spot in the same condition it was provided to you. Keeping the party spot clear of trash and debris, helps keep our cleaning costs down and ultimately providing our guests lower rental rates. If additional cleaning is required, Go Gather LLC reserves the right to charge for an additional cleaning fee. NO CONFETTI please. 

Age Restrictions

Guests under the age of 16 are required to have a parent or guardian on site of the party. There is no Party Host provided.

Damage

Go Gather LLC reserves the right to charge the customers credit card for any damage to the trailer or equipment, provided by Go Gather LLC. Go Gather LLC and its employees, assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on or near the customers property or party location. All liability for damage and/or injuries is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Weather

Go Gather LLC is not responsible for inclimate weather impacting your party experience. If deemed unsafe to serve the party, at the reserved day and time, Go Gather LLC reserves the right to reschedule your party to a later day and time. We will work with the customer, to the best of our ability, to secure a new reservation. Safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment are our top priority. If you are unsure of pending weather restrictions, please contact our staff immediately, to discuss future options. 

Refund/ Cancellation Policy

A full refund, minus a $50 service fee, will be provided, if a cancellation is made, more than 30 days out from the event date. Your 50% deposit, due at time of booking, will not be refunded, if a cancellation is made within 30 days of the rental event date. We understand that plans change and we will make every effort to help reschedule your event for a time that works best for you, should something come up. 

Internet Service

Go Gather LLC has mobile WiFi. In some locations, service may not be available. Go Gather LLC is not responsible for guaranteeing a successful internet connection.

Gratuities

Tipping for your party spot driver is not required. Tips can be accepted and are appreciated.

Ending On Time

We understand that sometimes you don’t want the party to end. In some cases, we can extend the rental time, with a cash payment, given to the driver on site. In some cases, no party time extension will be available.
